State of Kindness

State of Kindness research uses a mixed-methods reasoned action approach to understanding prosocial communication in organizations and communities. A rapidly growing body of evidence concludes that kindness is important for human health and well-being, both in our personal lives and at work. In organizations, kindness benefits consumers, employees, and the organization itself.

Kindness is Good Medicine

Kindness is Good Medicine is a commitment among College of Medicine-Tucson and local health care organizations to create a culture of kindness in health care in Tucson and Southern Arizona. Our collective goal is to transform institutional culture by improving interactions among community members.
